Join Arlene Capron as she guides you through a one-hour session of gentle exercise. Chair yoga is done entirely in the chair or standing next to the chair, and is great for those with limited mobility. With the slow yoga stretching, Arlene will inform you about your body and breathing, while focusing on flexibility and the relaxation of body and mind.
