Spring into Wellness

We’re ready to refresh and rejuvenate this spring by focusing on wellness. Whether you want to focus on your physical wellness, emotional wellness, environmental, intellectual, social, spiritual, or financial wellness, the library has resources and programs to help you achieve your goals. Iron Chef: Healthy Foods Tuesday, March 28 at 2:30 p.m.
Do you have what it takes to be an iron chef? Form a team of 3 and design 2 courses of healthy foods for our judges to sample and battle to the win to claim your culinary title. For those in grades 3-6! Register

Chair Yoga  
Join Arlene Capron as she guides you through a one-hour session of gentle exercise. Chair yoga is done entirely in the chair or standing next to the chair, and is great for those with limited mobility. With the slow yoga stretching, Arlene will inform you about your body and breathing, while focusing on flexibility and the relaxation of body and mind. Arlene is certified in Kriya Yoga and has been teaching for over thirty-five years, including at Gottlieb Health & Fitness.
